Updated: Feb 7, 2020

Cheers to sunscreen! Did you know that if you aren't applying a shot glass amount of sunscreen to your skin, you aren't getting the full SPF coverage that is listed?!

According to American Academy of Dermatology, 1 in 5 Americans will develop skin cancer in their lifetime. Intermittent sun exposure in childhood and during a lifetime is associated with an increased risk of skin cancer. Sunscreen use can help prevent skin cancer by protecting you from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays.

In this episode, Dr Mary & Dr Rina discuss everything you need to know about sunscreen, including recent reports on sunscreen absorption.
